Roberts Carpet in Webster was the worst business experience I have every had! They are very unprofessional. The sales person forged my name on the contract and did not complete it correctly resulting in my materials not being ordered and my installation date not being confirmed not once but twice. She disregarded her manager's instructions to contact me to correct the paperwork. She kept reassuring me everything was on schedule and I would have my floors installed. I have had to reschedule furniture delivery twice and charged a fee. When the management and their corporate office finally got involved their answer to rectifying the situation was to give me $350 off the job. All I wanted was my $100 reimbursement for rescheduling of my delivery charges. Their most sincere apology but they can not reimburse me. Fortunately, I have a friend who is an interior designer and was able to help me with her flooring contacts. They are going above and beyond to have my floors installed this weekend so I will have furniture for my guest for the holidays. Thank you All Star Flooring and no thank you, Roberts Carpet! P.S. It is making me give a star rating to complete this review...they really don't even deserve one star!
