Pork Belly is the Wednesday Special, Lamb Pops are the Thursday special: I get them mixed up but I enjoy whichever one it is all the time.

Brisket is good, ribs are ok.

BTW, all their meats can be ordered without sides, even the specials: this is Texas folks, just because the menu says "plate" doesn't mean that's the only way they will sell it.
