rating is also actually a zero, i lived there for two months and had a infestation of roaches from day one they never fixed the issue every weekend there were people doing cocaine in the parking lot and drinking with music loud.gunshots every other night, the parking lot was always vandalized by people putting curbs in the way and ruined one of my tires and they failed to pay for it and when i left they said i would not be penalized then showed up on my report as a broken lease

Nothing gets fixed. Maintenance isn't the problem, management is. We had an outlet making sparks and when we contacted them, management said that it wasn't an emergency and that they would have someone come out on Monday (it was Saturday).



The manager only wants to deal with you if you are a hot guy or speak Spanish. She spends most of her time shamelessly flirting and is completely incompetent. She couldn't even tell me what the rent is going to be. She had to ask someone else. And she's shady. I constantly expect to be conned by her, when she lowers herself to actually speak to us.



The gates are constantly broken. They constantly hike up the rent, but never improve anything. It is not worth the money, honestly.

Horrible place to live! The first week we moved in, it rained INSIDE the apartment and there were big rats. Maintenance was slow to fix both of those problems & they didn't speak English. My car was broken into twice & we moved out 2 months early because someone broke in the apartment & took everything of value. It's not safe here & it's a waste of money. Do NOT live here!
