I received a voucher for a free car wash in January because I paid for a full interior detail that was not done properly, and I had to return for them to finish it right. I come to get the free deluxe wash I was promised and the man refused to honor the ticket. This isn't the first problem I have had here, multiple times I have had to come back because either the cup holders aren't cleaned or the dash board isn't cleaned, or the floor wasn't vacuumed under the mats. I didn't realize that a promised free car wash to make up for a terrible one I paid for expired. I will never return to this place again. And I will recommend to everyone that they not come here. I would give 0 stars if possible.

The best car wash in Houston I have ever seen, nice people fast and everything went smoothly, I love you guys, especially the cashier girls are so helpful and nice, I spent 20 minutes in the lobby enjoying the free wifi to get my car washed, it's really recommend.

We discovered this place through Groupon, and I must say that this was the FIRST and the worst experience I've had with a business advertised on Groupon! RSVP Carwash REFUSED to provide a convenient appointment time to get my car detailed JUST because I had a Groupon, in which THEY chose to advertise their business on! They were dumb enough to even state during an "anonymous" call that regular paying customers did not have to make appointments. Overall, bad business sense and morale, and HORRIBLE customer service! Thank goodness Groupon maintained great integrity and provided a refund.

BOOO!!!! Don't give this place your money. For starters, the young woman working the front desk was incredibly rude, she acted as if I was inconveniencing her (and yes I left a fat tip so she had no reason to act this way). When I gave her my Groupon voucher, it seemed that she had never seen one before and it took her quite a while to process. THEN I had to REMIND HER to tell the man who was washing my car which package I had purchased. When I got my car back (which was supposed to include a car wash and interior detailing) they had done a horrible job... smudges all over the interior windows and mirrors, they hadn't even touched the dashboard. When I got home I spent another 20 minutes fixing what they had missed (or intentionally skimmed over). I WON'T be going back. How are these people still in business? There are so many other great carwashes in the area.... Since then I've found Montrose Auto Detail whom I totally recommend. It's not the fanciest shindig in town (and don't even try to contact them by phone) but they will go above and beyond to get your car looking it's best. Wonderful people, super cheap, and never a wait. Just had to throw that out there because that's how passionate I am about these guys.

OMG! This place is so cute! They have an adorable dog names Kanela...it means cinamon is spanish. They have AC inside...yay...and they did an amazing job n my car. Im going back to a detail soon. I reccomend this place guys

I eat across the street at El Tiempo and get my car cleaned in the mean time. Good set up inside, they track your car from when it arrives and leaves and they do a good job.

My car looks brand new! I hate cleaning my car but it's not a hassle whenever I come to RSVP Hand Car Wash! They clean it spotless and I never have to worry! Everything gets touched and wiped down, thank you RSVP Hand Car Wash, you're a lifesaver!!!!!!

I've never had a good experience getting my car washed until I went to RSVP Hand Car Wash one day. Upon entering I was greeted by very professional employees and was told exactly what to do and what would be done to my car. I waited 15 minutes and they pulled my car up and the amount of detail that went into cleaning it amazes me. My car hadn't been cleaned in well over 6 months and it looked brand new when they were finished with it. They have a lot of room to work and it seems the employees and managers truly care about their customers. I am very satisfied....truly happy!

This place is awesome!! for just 25 bucks i get the deluxe wash inside and outside completely cleaned they have a waiting room with cold AC! tv and free wifi available

Best clay bar wash in town. Took out many of my scratchs on my work truck! I also bring in my CLS 550 benz because it's the only place in Houston i trust.
