I agree it can sometime be a stressful process and are happy to see you felt comfortable with our process

90+ day closings. No communication or show of knowledge of product. Waited until 75th day under contract then decided to switch from USDA to FHA loan. Total lack of care and expertise. They definitely know how to string you along though. We wrote more than 8 amendments extending our closing date because it was always, "just next Friday."



Please use anybody else in the world.

Worst Lender ever. Avoid at all cost. Hassan Chaudhary does not reply to calls, texts, or emails either from you or from any company. Does not care for deadlines and works at his own pace. Missing deadlines is his specialty. Will constantly ask for the same information that has been provided previously. Not professional at all. He will talk to you as if you are wrong all the time and he is right. Thinks highly of himself and is arrogant.

Indy Gutierrez and Sakeena Mortgage are the absolute worst. They have repeatedly missed deadlines and it honestly has to be the worst Lender I have ever dealt with in 12 years. They almost make it a game to delay deals with the most ridiculous excuses and lies I have ever seen in Real Estate.

So far, Hassan Chaudhary has not returned my call and/or email from over a week ago, nor has he contacted our title company for a contract dated August 10th, 2015. Title co has tried numerous times to get in touch.
