Provided by YP.comI am writing to inform about I had a negative experience at location in Houston, Texas on Friday, November 29, 2013 (Black Friday). The people who handle my bad experience was named Ms. Regen (Manager of Saks Fifth Avenue in Handbags Department), Mr. Sean Cole (Sales Associate at Prada Store) and Ms. Dolores Rodriguez (Sales Associate of Saks Fifth Avenue in Handbags Department).
I went to the store at 8:00 am (Holiday Business Hour) and first stop by at Prada store in Saks Fifth Avenue, I picked one purse on the shelf to see and look for overall. That purse was on Sale for Black Friday deals. Then, Ms. Dolores walked from outside with Mr. Sean, said can her see that purse, I just passed to her because I thought she just asked to see and return me back but she passed that purse to Mr. Sean, when I saw, I asked her right away I am gonna buy that purse, she said "already sold to someone else", I said "how you sold to someone else" because store opened at 8:00 am, I came there at 8:00 am and I am the person that picked that bag from the shelf. Ms. Dolores tried to walked to somewhere else and told me talked with Mr.Sean. But he kept said "sold to someone else", then I asked for Manager, her name is Ms.Regen, I asked her how fairness that her staff treated customer like that. But she just kept said that purse sold to someone else. I asked her if you sold to someone else why do not keep it out from that shelf, she blahhh blahh with not right answer,. Then I asked her to open the camera in the store, I am the first person that picked that purse from the shelf and still on my hand when Ms. Dolores asked me to see that purse. I asked her, if the words that I said not true when they open the camera, I will do not buy it. But she kept blah blah with unprofessional. Then, I asked her what time store open again to make sure, she said "9:00 am", LOL...I said "Mam, right now was 8:20 am" not "9:00 am", she said her watch not set up the time yet, LOL but when she answered my question, she did not looked on her watch. That's why I said she unprofessional, why Saks hired her to this position. Then, she told me to buy another purse on the shelf, hahahaha, how she treated customer...
Finally, I told them do whatever that I can get that purse, said will order from another location but take around 7-10 business days. You knew I have to go back to there store to found out what was going on. Finally, I got the order on December 21, 2013. So many reasons from them…
Then, I said will call to complaint about their services, you know what was Ms.Regen did, she walked to the phone at another counter and called to store manager (that I thought), and tried to explain and protect her side. So funny, how she are, poor customer services and poor management.
By the way, I would like to share why they did like this, because usually Sales Associate at store they are getting the commission when customer purchased and they have customers that they know well on their hand. Sales Associate will text or call to their customer when they see special deals, if their customers need it, they kept that purse or whatever to inside. What is different if they sold to me or sold to their customers? Sales Associate will be get commission plus extra money from under table that help their customer to got the good deals but not woke up early for shopping. How fair? Another way, they kept that purse, bought it and sold to her friend or family but marked up price to get the profit. That is what I am thinking, might be wrong or right. What are you thinking about this situation?
