I ordered my son’s birthday cake on Friday for Saturday. We worst mistake ever….I don’t know what training you had for your cake decorators….we were celebrating my son’s birthday…and when we cut the cake….OMG!!! The pan liner was still in between the cake (10’’ round /2 layers)

I returned to the store very upset…Pam (Customer service) was very friendly and helped me thru this process (Switch for another cake)… my son that is autistic (www.autism.org)was having another tantrum due to the change – waiting in the car again…we didn’t celebrate his birthday at the end. Thank you to the incompetence of your employees. I used to have a great concept of Sam’s club. What a shame!

I am so satisfied with Sam 's off Richey Rd. They have a clean store, all the clerks are so nice, and you can easily get help in a second on the floor while you are shopping.
