I just got off the phone with Craig at San Jacinto Supply and had a great experience. I'm an estimator/project manager for a General Contractor in the Houston area. As for the two people who had bad experiences you need to realize that while you tied up one of these employees looking for an education on your needs San Jacinto is used to dealing with G.C's that put in purchase orders for $100K or more. So while you were on his phone he may have been passing on a large order. A dollar waiting on a dime so to speak. We have used San Jacinto for years and have always been pleased with the service, product knowledge, and top rate interest in our projects.

I was a first time customer who was wanting to use organic pest control. I placed a $75 order and was paying with a credit card to have the products sent to me, when the owner said he would have to fax me a paper to sign. I asked if he could fax it over to my secretary and he told me "He had spent enough time on the phone with me for $75" and hung up on me. I called back and he said he didn't want to deal with me for $75 dollars of merchandise.

The owner of this company is just extremly rude. I dont know what his problem is I have seldom met anyone in the business world that would treat a customer the way I was treated. Evrything they supply can be found cheaper from a nother source.
