Dr. Bello and the staff at HFI Aspire were amazing! My baby and I were well taken care of and they were prompt with answering any questions I had.

Honestly, best staff you could ask for. Have been here since 2015 with 2 successful ivf cycles. Going through ivf is a journey and to have a doctor and staff on your side that you can consider family makes it so much easier. Would recommend anybody to Dr. Bello and her office.

Excellent client experience. The staff are knowledgeable and very easy to contact using the app. Dr. Bello was fantastic throughout, she gave a very clear introduction to the process and what to expect. The staff members I primarily interacted with were nurses Laxson, Schuckman, and Andrade, the phlebotomy nurses, and the reception staff who were all rockstars. The facilities were always clean and professional. Working in a different sector of medicine, I cannot believe how efficient they run their appointments. There is not a single thing I would change and I will highly recommend HFI to any friends wanting to explore fertility.

We are very happy we came to HFI and had the chance to be taken care of with Dr Bello. She was always available to address my concerns and cared a lot about us. Nurses in the Woodlands and Kingwood offices are very nice, friendly and helpful especially Rachel, Theresa, Jenese, and Yadira.
