I lived at this complex for nearly 6 years. I for many years loved living here. The people were wonderful, management friendly and helpful, and the grounds beautiful. Recently however things changed. The pool was closed on a random Sunday at 4pm because management was angry. I myself received a notice of non-renewal of lease. Received when management walked into my bedroom while I was sleeping with no announcement. As a single female at the time living alone that was scary. Not to mention one of the residents is a ----- (http://www.eroticnorthamerica.com/list/detail.php'siteid=2 Meaning her customers run about the property as she admits them but does not walk them out. Again, as a single female I had severe safety concerns about this. I am glad I am no longer living here.
