Resheduled for May 8th 2016. Payment received in full, plus a $20 May 7th cancellation fee. SERVICES NEVER RENDERED, REFUND REFUSED. Mover called to notify that movers wanted to spend time with their families on Mother's Day, and wasn't sure who rescheduled the unload for the May 8th. I was told that he would see what he could do regarding getting a mover out anyway. I was called back 30 minutes later and informed 2 movers were on their way. We waited another 30 minutes (now 10am) we were called by the mover and told it would be another 45 minutes because they were finishing a move in Katy, TX. Frustrated with the companies terrible service, the mover was informed their service was unsatisfactory to say the least. We then cancelled the movers and completed the move ourselves. The dispatcher refused to issue a refund although services were never rendered, stating, "WE, the customers, were rude while cancelling."



It is ILLEGAL to withhold a refund for SERVICES NOT RENDERED.
