Not even one star should be given, but I had to give something. They have horrible return policy. If you purchase something for yourself or someone else and you or that person does not want the item, BE AWARE that they will under no circumstances give you a refund. I have a pair of their overpriced earrings that my husband purchased that I want to return after only five days of having them, I have not even tried them on and they absolutely UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will not take them back because it is their policy. Well that policy just lost them a few customers. After some research, I found that Zales and Gordons have the same earrings for $250 less than Shaw's. If you are in the market for jewelry go somewhere other than here. Somewhere that actually has a money back refund policy if you are not satisfied with the item and want to look around elsewhere. Just shameful Shaw's, especially when spending this type of money. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME ON YOU!

I've used Shaw numerous times. Very professional & quick turn around times on diamond mounts & watch repairs!!

I wanted to buy a buy a Rolex so I walked in and took a tour looking at everything in the store. I was there for about 20 minutes just looking and not one person came to ask me if I needed help. If you want to spend thousands of dollars I suggest you go else where. Or if you like chasing people for help then this is the place for you.

I was in the market for a wedding ring and went in with a friend of mine. I came in here to sell an old ring and wanted to see what mine would appraise for. I wanted to leave this review, even though I didn't buy anything, because I realized how great of a company this is because of the excellent customer service I experienced.
