The service is great and the kolaches even better!

I just had the worst experience at this Shipley's than I every had at any place in my ENTIRE life. The person named MaryAnne @ the drive-thru didn't confirm my order, so when I got it, it was wrong. I went inside to tell her it was wrong, but then she started arguing with me about the order and yelling. I told her I just wanted my $ back at that point, that I couldn't believe what was happening & I wanted her name. She repeatedly ignored my request for her name, while the other employees ignored me and even went about their work while she yelled & argued with me like nothing was happening at all. I don't think I've ever been treated that way by any other place when politely pointing out my order was wrong. They just simply fix it, apologize, & keep it moving......
