I went into the stores 3 days ago and I spent 50$ on a pair a boots I wore them twice and the latch broke that you pull the zipper up with and now the boot is up and the other boot want unlatch to come up and this is how I'm walking around work today. The manage said there is nothing he can do once you leave there is no return NO ONE TOLD ME THAT,ARE I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THEM!!! he said I could come back and get another pair at a discount price...WTF!!! I'm so disappointed that I lost $50 dollars because the company don't stand by there faulty. product.
