We have had three pairs of 15-20 year old well worn boots repaired at this mom & pop shop, one had heel replacement and two with holes worn through the soles had complete replacement. The work was top notch, and there was no loss of comfort. This is not a big outfit where your shoes get sent off to be repaired. You can look past the counter and see for a fact that all repairs happen right there. Nice people.
