I feels so strongly I am posting this comment on as many rating sites as possible. If there was a lower rating for this company than just one star, I would much rather rate it at that. I was so distracted on my wedding day when I found that the flowers that were delivered for my bouquet and the arrangement colors in the rest of the flowers Alex provided were not what I specified. I sent him a power point with all the specific things I needed. I called and talked to him over the phone about it. I showed up in person with the powerpoint printed to give to him. He did not provide what I asked for.

I think that it is one of those things that if you pay a lot of money for flowers you expect that the florist would take a little extra time to AT LEAST do what you ask or even just match the colors you requested. Do not trust this place. Do not risk it. Unless... you like gambling your money on a lost cause. I highly suggest going somewhere else.

Bad experience with simply beautiful flowers 09-18-14 bought 2 flowers arrangement for my aunt funeral and the roses where not fresh my next day they were falling apart and all the other rose's arrangement that where bought some where else there were still fresh and crisp ..so just saying to friends and family not to buy from thaire anymore. We went to talk to the owner she told us that she could't do nothing about it or give us any time of credit.so read before buying thank you and god bless you......

Not only were the flowers I ordered absolutely beautiful, Simply Beautiful Flowers & Events helped divert a terrible situation with the memorial service. When they contacted the church to confirm service time they were told the church had no record of the upcoming memorial service. After calling to make sure I had the correct church, I contacted my co-worker who contacted the church only to find the person who set up the memorial service had not shared the information with the preacher and it was not on the church or preacher's calendar. Thankfully service was able to go on as originally scheduled. I appreciate the wonderful customer service I received and will definitely use this company again!
