I have had a good bit of work done recently by Dr. Christy Edmonds, starting with a cleaning and extractions, all of which went well. But my problems started when I had 5 fillings done on one side of my mouth. When I had them done I had a bottom tooth that she filled that she said may have to have a root canal, I'm not sure if the cavities were that bad or if she drilled down too far, and while she was filling a top tooth I had a twinge of pain and heard a crunch, when I jumped she said "did that get your attention?". I wasn't sure why it crunched, but soon afterwards my bottom tooth that was filled got infected and needed a root canal. I was in so much pain I couldn't feel any of my other teeth. Once that was done, my top tooth I noticed was extremely sensitive to cold and hurt a lot anytime I even drank a cold drink, forget eating ice cream. After a couple of months of that I had my husband look at it and it's cracked along the back. I went to see her about it, and she just told me I needed a $899.00 crown on it and she obviously wasn't going to do crap about it, just said they could put me on a payment plan. I know that she cracked my tooth when she filled it. I am furious about spending quite a bit of money, just to have a huge amount of pain and several thousand more dollars more dental work to have done on teeth that weren't bothering me in the first place.

I can not stop telling everyone I know how rude and un professional your employee is. Sadly due to one person, everyone might get a bad review, but this is not the case, your employee, Fernanda - not sure of her last name, was the most rude person to me! Doesn't she know that WE, the customers, pay her salary??!! I refuse to repeat the words she said towards me and my kid. I will never return to your establishment and will tell everyone I know of the kind of people you have working there. I will take my business some where else, good thing my kid is not old enough to understand the profanity that came out of this woman's mouth, don't you make back ground check on your employees? aren't they supposed to have some kind of degree in education and customer service? is she even a legal person to work? Very dissapointed !!!
