I am giving one star just because I have to!!! I'll never use this company and never recommend to anyone to use them... I'll try to make my story short... I used them many times to buy for me, my family and a lot of friends tickets. I talked to Shahin on 10/25/16 I bought a tickets for my two daughters and my wife. 10 days later I asked them to buy my ticket and use my credit card on file. They used my friend's card accidentally!!! It was a mistake and I get it... instead of fixing that when My friend called them they told him that I give them the permission, and I allowed them to use his card and he will pay for my ticket witch I never did... they get my friend's credit card from the previous email that I sent five months ago on 04/05/16. My friend get very made at me, other friends were thinking that I betrayed him and tried to still money from him... at the end they said it was our fault we used his card instead of your card!!! I understand the mistake however they tried to fix the problem with a big f lie... this company is such a joke, they are f bullsheet and they don't f know what they are doing ... I could sue them... congratulations Shahinyou and your team destroyed me... they destroyed my relationship with my friend and destroyed my reputation with some of my friends... at the end thx god that my friends understand what happened and believed on me... do not use them or call them I wouldn't recommend you all to do it...

Every time you call the secretary answers and take massages but no one will call you back even if you call 10 times,don't waist your time waiting on those people to get your tickets even to talk to them,NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL SO FIND ANOTHER AGENT THAN THIS ONE AND I WON'T EVEN GIVE THEM THE ONE STAR THEY DESERVE ZERO STAR.
