In full disclosure I have not used "smooth moves" so I cannot make a comment on the company as a whole. However I can speak on the character of Nathaniel Campbell. On October 21 Nate ran into my parked truck and permanently damaged my 32 foot extension ladder. I made the mistake of not asking for insurance. Since there was no damage to my truck , The ladder cost between $300 to $400, and Nate said he was the owner of the company I took him at his word. He asked me to send pictures and a price on a new ladder ( I did ) . On October 26 Nate said I would receive payment in 10 days( I have not received payment ) . On November 14 Nate said he would be back in town on November 17 and would check the status of payment. That was the last time I heard from him. I have made several attempts via email , text , and phone calls to reach him. He is now completely ignoring me. He understands he damaged the ladder and even offered payment ( all chronicled in our text or email conversations). This is a clear representation of his character and business ethics. Be cautious of hiring him because if something were to go wrong he may just ignore the problem. As a business owner myself I fully understand accidents happen. But it's how you handle accidents and adversity that really shows what kind of company you run.
