Illegally towed my car out of a burger king/shell combo parking lot while in route from El Paso, Texas to Houston, Texas with my family. I sat there and watched them afterward sit and wait for cars to sit there under the assumption they were attending houston rodeo which was aproximately a mile down the road. They made claims they are an HPD lot so I contacted immediate family who is the HPD sergeant and they are not even an HPD authorized lot much less belong to the department. I have a display fob for my silent alarm installed that has been giving me non stop alerts that the car is being tampered with. I've been 100% reasonable with them over recorded phone lines obviously so I can sue them shortly(my wife is an attorney conveniently.) I just called to notify them my alarm is sending notifications and they're rude, don't care about "customers," are extremely unprofessional. Be careful with these guys!
