They don't do ailighnments they send it out! But they do great work on fixing wrecked or damage cars! his is about a year ago. I had purchased a two toned camero with a lot of hail damage. I took it to them. They gave me a free estimate and I asked them to do the repairs. It took them about a week, I wish I had taken before and after pictures cause the car looks almost brand new looks wise. It is an older cámara but it came out perfect!
I even referred my sister who got rear ended in her truck(it took them almost the full month on her truck, it's like a 1994 but really clean). Then right after my sisters accident My mom got side swiped on 45. So when they picked up my sisters truck my mom dropped hers off (bad luck with accidents at that time). The other people took off so she had to claim it on her insurance. Her Tahoe looked brand new. She walked away happy!

I had a wonderful experience with Space City Collision Center! I just love the customer service and the ability to keep me updated with my vehicle as well as managing to send me pictures of my Chrysler 300 while having all its repairs done. I'm truly impress with their work, cause now my car is back to new and doesn't even look like anything happen to it.They also helped me with the deductible!Thank you Space City Collision Center

When I got in my accident, multiple tow truck drivers showed up at the scene. I'm new to Houston, so when I told them that I was going to use my insurance to tow, and use my insurances preference on an auto repair shop, they were quick to tell me that it's against the law. Apparently in Houston, (according to the men that claim to work at Space City), because insurance companies were taking away from the business of the drivers, it was required that I pick one of the drivers that were on scene instead of calling my insurance. After the officer on site confirmed their story, I let the gentleman take my car to their repair shop. Now, two months later, I still don't have my car. They won't pick up the phones, (and when they do, they aren't returning calls), they never know what's going on with my car, and they aren't willing to work with the deductible at all. As you may know, insurance only pays for the first month of your rental car, so now I am stuck with no car, no responses, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Some of the rudest people I've ever encountered that work there. They lie, they scam, and they don't care about the satisfaction of the owners of the vehicles in their shop. I'll never allow my car at this auto body repair shop again, and I'll never recommend them to anybody I know for as long as they're in business.

Had to have them do an alignment 3 times after replacing suspension. A few months later had to have the suspension tightened as it was coming apart and another alignment. Had that done by a reputable shop. Axle was replaced and now the seal is leaking amd they will not repair. The 2 "new" tires theu replaced wore out faster than the 2 old ones with 20,000 miles on them. Likely used retreads and charged as new.
