company lies about the hours you will work ...

worked for AON in Woodlands staffed by spherion

and when I was hired it seemed like a good company...

once I went to training it was like a Nazi camp

you can't make your restroom break to bad your out of luck

(if you are on the phone with thier customer)

if you go break 3 minutes early you got written up for work avoidence

if you missed a day of work cause you were sick they would switch your schedule

they can care less if you have kids ... cause they wont work with your schedule and wont let you switch with other associates to be able to still work

you have to be 15 minutes early everyday (non paid )

It was mandatory to use to park and ride that was 9 miles away from the call center

and not know if your car was going to get broken into since they had no security gaurd at the park and ride

The Staff from Spherion working at AON think the are all high and mighty and can

do whatever they want ....

they act like you have potential in joining AON as a permanent employess

which is also False

They are low down schum bags and I would never refer a friend to work for this company.
