This companies only interest is in the revenue its employees bring to their bottom line.

Its staff refused to advocate on the behalf of several temps in order to not jeopardize their relationship with a client. Clearly leaving them at the mercy of a manager who after months was finally removed from that position. The only advice that was given to their employee to put in their 2 week notices instead and asked "what do you expect me to do.about it?"

I am not disgruntled or looking to get anything out of my post. My intent is to inform future employees before entering into any relationship with this organization.

It is quite sad because the woman who founded the company is a Christian and her predecessor and some of the cuurent staff seem to hold their pockets books as a higher priority than protecting its employees like the law requires them to do.

So now it's your choice whether to go to work for this firm and you can make an educated decision.
