I worked with Steve for over 10 years and he always provided excellent photos! He collaborated with our office every year to provide huge numbers of photos for different events. It’s easy to get confused when you’re working with times, dates, changing locations and hundreds of people. He always got it right. The photos were top notch and he was as nice as could be EVERY time. His office staff was always friendly and most importantly, picked up the phone when called. He was accommodating, punctual, professional, kind, friendly, helpful and more than helpful on many, many occasions. I can’t recommend Steve Simpson Photography in Houston, TX enough. I retired and no longer work with him but would still highly recommend his services! EXCELLENT!

Do not use this company, their customer service is awful, this company can gets their sitting becasue they are a friend of a relative or a friend of a friend, the schools that use them never bother to go back after the sittings to see they do a decent job. They just keep using them year after year, they destroy all pictures after 2 years, then want you to sign a release, why??? for pictures they no longer!! They will not reprint even if you have the proofs, takes to loong and too expensive is what I was told. I mean, who does that, only a company that has guaranteed business year after year without have to actually compete for business!!
