terrible experience!!! I still did not receive my order and its been 4 weeks since I placed it. they already have my money since they only take wire transfers no credit card! each time I call the guy is rude and impatient as if I'm doing something wrong by asking when my order is coming. the invoice stated that it takes 10 days to process order- its now approx. 30 days!!! I absaloutely do not recommend this store!!

I had a very good purchase with them. I must admit they where my second choice, but when my first choice failed to place my order. I called them up and spoke with a Mr. Kirkwood, he was very heplful. He knew exactly what we needed and the exact amount of material we where going to need. He actually saved me like ten percent. When you are starting a business every little bit helps. They set everything up and it looks great. Thanks again guys for all your work and for saving our set up of our new store. Looking forward to you guys coming to the Grand Opening.

After my item arrived with no packing slip in a broken box, it did not have the correct parts to assemble properly. After needing to purchase another item for immediate use, I called for return instructions and was told that if waiting for the correct part to arrive (after I submitted photos for them to determine whether my complaint was valid) was not acceptable for me, I would have to not only assume return shipping costs, but a 25% restocking fee as well! In addition to being unwilling to work with me, when I expressed my frustration at his insistance that I agree with these ridiculous terms he told me "to have some respect, woman". Never, ever have I experienced such horrific business practices....I guess I have been lucky!
