If there was a way to rate this salon lower than a 1, I would. The woman who owns the place ruined my hair. She knows nothing about color (she turned my hair puple rather than the rich brown I had). It was only after I commented that the color on my hair was turning purple, she tried to fix by putting a different color on it while it was still processing and in turn burnt my hair and the hair cut????? There are not enough words!!!! I wear my hair short and to fix the cut would have required shaving my head. To add insult to injury, she tried to tell me that I could "carry off" the purple!! I paid her not realizing what my hair actually looked like. When I arrived home and looked at my hair in the sunlight, I sat down and cried. Then she had the guts to cash my check.



Oh yes, she offered to "fix" her bad and I was going to let her touch my hair again? I think not. I called my former stylist and begged her to help me. She opened her salon for me on a Sunday and did the best she could whith what she had to work with. Of course I paid her too. ($250). All in all, I paid $320 for absolutely the worst hair experience in my life.



This is what I get for trying to be a local patron. I'd rather drive 50 miles to a stylist who knows what he/she is doing rather that the 3 miles I drove.
