I would like to began stating my complaint consist of both Advertising Issues AND Service Issues! I called and set up an appointment for 12 of my models to get their hair done in which I paid a $50 deposit for each. When I came in all of my models were asked to sign in and afterwards I was asked to state what everyone was getting! They advertise $50 sew ins which is false...they don't state that its only if you have poor quality hair!! They started in everyones hair without going over prices with me. The entire time I was under the impression that all sew ins would be $50. Come to find out I was being charge OVER $250 for each person! They never discussed nor Ok'd that with me! Just to dye a males hair they charged me $267 and didn't even get the correct color...it looks like ROOKIE work if you ask me! One of my ladies were getting her leave out dyed darker to match her extensions in which they charged $30 dollars to dye...$30 to dye edges?? After they dried her hair they told her that her hair color didn't change and they would still have to charge her! Again they didn't even discuss that with me. I knew that for coloring, and closure installations would be more...but it was never bought to my attention that sew ins alone are atleast $250 UNTIL it was time to pay! How unprofessional !? Might I add that they knew I was paying for it because as I stated earlier I reserved my models spot as well as paid the deposit! I feel so cheated! Even though they cheated me they are still posting pictures of my ladies and gentlemen all over their social medias and I would like all of them removed! To sum it up they gave me extra services without asking, they didn't properly dye my models hair and still charged me, and they are posting pictures of my models every where without MY permission! My models are in contract and it does state I own all pictures of them for the term of our contract!
