Just go with any other company, besides this one. They came out to fix two sprinkler heads. The guy worked for maybe 15 minutes. The bill came out to $130.00. Parts cost $20. Labor was $110 for 15 minutes. the next day when the sprinklers came on and then wouldn't shut off. I had to shut off the valve outside. I've never had that issue in the past. I called the next day. There was no answer so I left a message. No call back. After a week I called back and got someone on the phone. They sent a service tech to look into it. He told me my valve had gone out and he would replace it for $250. I asked him if he did anything to valve. He said no and it was a total coincidence. I called a few days later and again left a message with no call back. Called back next day and the "manager" was clueless. She didn't see how sprinkler heads and valves were related. She didn't feel like it was their problem but for 300 she would send someone to come fix it for me. Stay away.
