They don't even deserve the one star. I am new to the Heights area and I brought in a silk organza dress that I wanted to wear to a formal two days away. They WASHED the dress. The fabric was stiff and had completely lost its sheen. The dress was MORE wrinkled than when I brought it in! When I let them know what happened they argued that they couldn't do anything unless I brought the dress back in to their shop to show them the damage. I wouldn't take my clothes there again if THEY paid ME!
