We have been to Firehouse MANY times, including once today. Service is always great, employees great you with a smile and welcome you through the door as you open it, as well as when you leave. Sometimes there is a small wait to take your order, but it's well worth the wait! It always smells wonder when you walk through the door, atmosphere is great, lots of firehouse memorabilia (Cy-Fair VFD/ Houston FD) and interstesting facts on the cups. Lots of hot sauces to chose from to spice up your sub, I prefer Firehouse's own spicy/sweet sauce, my boyfriend prefer's traditional Tabasco. Have eaten the Italian on wheat= very tasty, Club on a Sub= amazing with Firehouse's own, and Steak Sub on white= great with sauteed mushrooms added. Haven't tried the chili but it looks great, as well as the salads that they offer. Trying to venture from the subs I know are good to try something else. Sometimes there is a wait after ordering, but the subs are fresh, hot and toasted, and again, well worth the wait. They also give you a punch card for multiple visits, buy 6 combos and the 7th is FREE :) Who doesn't free food?!
