HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, they even did not show up for the appointment. How in the hell those folks stay in business. I had to take half day off waiting on those morons.

The best experience ever! These guys were very professional and courteous!They also saved me alot of money by telling me the truth wow, its a shame that we have come to this ,but thank God for companies that still hold on to things like integrity and fair play ! Thanks SWG !!!

This company was sent out by my warranty company. They didn't show up the first day they were scheduled. Said they had me down for the next day. Whatever! When they did show up, the old water heater broke coming down the attic ladder and left a pile of rusty sludge on my carpet. TheY finished installing, crooked vent pipe and all, obviously a rush job, and took the check I left with my friend and left, leaving a hose and muddy mess in my tub and the rusty sludged on my carpet in the hall! And the old vent pipe in my yard, leaving no receipt with my friend for me. After calling twice Eric finally called back and wanted to know if he could pick up the hose. He acted like he knew nothing about the mess on the carpet but came out and took pictures, but by that time my friend has already started to clean it up. When I called him again to ask about the receipt, he said he would send a carpet cleaner out next week. I never heard from him again I have now purchased a carpet cleaner myself and treated the area 3 times and it is starting to look ok again. It took a week to get the receipt via email and they are more expensive then other companies I have been in contact with. Not renewing my warranty because of this company. If I could get away with a negative star , I would!

My experience with S.W.G. Plumbing was so refreshing!! They arrived on time explained what needed to be done and finished the job in no time. They were friendly and actually charged me the price I was quoted. I could not be happier with the service that was provided. Call them today you won't regret it; I know I'll be using them for years to come!!!!!!
