Stay far away from this company! For all you need to know, check out their F rating with the Better Business Bureau. There are over 170 published complaints on that site, which likely means there are even more unpublished complaints like mine. Most of the complaints are about shady business practices including faulty billing but there are also many complaints about inadequate services and blatant dishonesty, putting small businesses who seek their help in jeopardy. If I leave a review on businesses it is usually a positive one to reward good service, but this company put me through months of stress, refusing to refund money they took from my account, stating it was a "system glitch". Even after admitting this, they refused repeatedly to refund it. Incredible! To date, they still have not paid all of what they promised to refund. There are plenty of good businesses that do this same work. I am with one now and have not had a single issue.
