They have been cleaning my carpets for 4 years now. I call them out once a month to clean my carpets because I run a pet sitting business inside my home. I absolutely LOVE this service and benefit a LOT from it.

Extremely professional and accountable carpet and air duct cleaners. I've called them out to try both of their services. So far I am very impressed. Professional and timely air duct cleaning service. They scheduled my appointment 2 days later and showed up on time. They called me 15 minutes before they arrived and made sure to communicate the entire way through. I'm very satisfied with the results of my air ducts and their customer service along the way!

One Great Company!!! Hi, I called last friday to seek help with our drain pan that had come cloged. You set up an appt for last sunday. The guys arrived and took care of the problem and clearly explained what they had done and what i should do to prevent it from happening again. I am so pleased I found their service company . My appliance repair man recommended them and said that we had a fire hazard in our dryer vent. I placed a call and was scheduled the very next day. They called before they arrived. We had always had a problem with our dryer vents from the time we moved into our home in Houston six years ago and had replaced the original dryer after several repairs. Non of that had ever solved the problem and made a repair to the dryer vent and that was the hidden issue. I had all but given up on faster drying. Takeair not only cleaned our dryer vent, they also found a problem within the dryer vent line that no one else ever discovered. I am very pleased with this company and my clothes now dry in one cyrcle! Thank you Takeair for a fantastic job.

Very poor customer service. After not honoring the $75.00 price to clean out my vent and made it seem like it was my fault to know that it should have been more expensive. Treated me not as a paying customer and very rude. Just go with someone else. Scam and I got hustled.

I had them come because i had really bad breathing, thy did the indoor air quality testing and detected where the issue was coming from- it was mold in my duct and the wall in my bedroom was very damp, so thy cleaned the air ducts and took cer of the damp wall. I feel much better already!!! Thank you takeair!!

A few quick thoughts I wish I had seen:

1. Unless you can see dust shooting out of your vents, duct cleaning is probably not worth the $1,000 it will cost

2. If you are having problems with air quality in your house, try the following first

2.a. Call an AC guy to check your evaporator coil to make sure it is clean

2.b. Replace your vacuum filter, and revacuum your house

2.c. If suspect mold, and AC is clean, open up your air ducts at the registers, buy a $10 anti mold spray from HomeDepot, and spray them down



Most likely, any air issues can be fixed for less than $100, if you just give it some thought. Wish I had known this first before wasting time and money on this other stuff.

Our service representative, sasi, did an excellent job. We would highly recommend DuctWorks. While more expensive that some companies that advertise in money mailers - there was "no bait and switch tactics used nor schlocky work that I suspect was the case with others who underpriced their services. With DuctWorks it was a labor intensive thorough 8 hours of impressive work with excellent results. .

The tech was here on time as scheduled and very professional. He answered all of my questions as to the process of cleaning my dryer vent. He flushed out a large pile of lint from the vent that runs from the dryer to the outside of my house. It was gross to see this pile of lint but a relief to know that this fire hazzard isn't present inside of my home. The tech was very thorough and honest. I was very pleased with my experience with Takeair, I highly recommend this company!

So lets be real here ....... we all get a crappy experience once in a while with alot of companies but let me just get this off my chest cause it irks me when people drop the poison when in most cases it all stems from not doing your homework on what you want and what they really cost............ so with all that said TakeAir did a stellar job on my carpets got a deal online and I did have to get my whole HVAC system taken care of but i live in a 30 year old house that never had it done before so it was an epic disaster.....However..... I checked their estimate and its an expensive service everywhere from sears to coit soooooo they were cheaper they have good credentials and i got a warranty ........... so moral of story is people do your homework for anything that you need to get done and shop around ........and just because you confuse yourself dont take it out on the company. Thank you for those of you who posted negative reviews. After they came to my home, took 2 hours of trying to talk me into a $1000 air duct cleaning they finally left - nothing done. I went on line only to find bad reviews from you all and BBB. Also I found out that the company really doesn't have a license. The one they use in their advertising in outdated and hasn't been renewed for years. I was able to cancel my groupon and get my money back. I hope this may help those who had property damaged. This company ripped me off. Offered via Groupon 3 rooms carpet cleaned and 1 whole HVAC system duct cleaning for $59. The refused to do the duct cleaning (the hardest and most appealing part of the deal). So I only got the 3 rooms carpet cleaned for $59.



Well that's not a deal, everyone offers that for around the same price. They are now offering the this same deal through LivingSocial. You will be ripped off and in some cases they cause more damage by being lazy, that you would have been better off if you just never called in the first place.
