I can’t tell you how many times they canceled my appointment. I don’t think so rude girl at the desk ever writes anything down because every time I go in for an appointment someone else is there and they say there’s no record of my appointment. And I’ve been here for years. Everyone acts like they don’t know me and I don’t even know who I am.

Very Happy with Tanner Lakes. Dr. Ken took care of all the paperwork for my pets to travel overseas. He is on the website at my kid's school--British School. Everyone goes to him. He is always courteous, funny, professional and will make sure you understand what is going on. I refer all my friends.
