Drove 2hours to pick up my new bike I had on hold for 2 weeks, planned to pay cash. The rude staff informed me they didnt have time to service my new bike and to come back another day. Claimed they wernt getting paid to service my new bike and that their mechanic was too busy on other "paying" jobs. Was told they would get to it when they could. I sat around the shop for over 5 hours for nothing, and had to pay a taxi $200 to drive me all the way back home. Do yourself a favor and by elsewhere
