I have been a customer for over 3 years and have been very satisfied with their service. Great customer service, knowledgeable, professional.

TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Never showed up. After 3 calls would send someone 3 hours late. I passed - waste of time and a day off!!

I chose company based on reviews. Service took 5 hours because guys were hanging out and talking the whole time. Workers took apart shower knob, put together, realized they had done something wrong, had to do it all over again and then left the knob visibly crooked. I called and sent a picture to the company. next day another worker came out and looked at the crooked knob, stated he would have to take everything apart and he thought he was only coming to do a quick fix. Needless to say I paid $400 and my knob is still crooked but I didn't fell like calling all over again and having to take more time off work . Will not rehire.

They re-piped my home. The men were courteous and professional. The work was done quickly and correctly. I highly recommend them,

Plumbers were very professional. They came to fix a problem, but showed me that it was more serious than I thought. They fixed my problem in a timely manner, cleaned up their 'mess' and were done.

Found Texas Quality Plumbing from google search. Called them on Saturday, and they could arrange the home visit on Sunday. The technician (Josh) replaced flappers and valves for all my 4 toilets with high quality and efficiency. He also fixed the kitchen sink with no charge. Overall, I am very pleased with the service from Texas Quality Plumbing, and I highly recommend it.

Highly recommended! They did a great job fixing up our jacuzzi for a GREAT price. Besides doing an excellent job and GREAT customer service, they were professional, punctual, and very helpful in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. They really worked with us. Will definitely be calling them again. Also, Mercedes in the main office is very sweet and helpful!

We just replaced our hot water heater. Texas Quality Plumbing did a great job. They were very thorough, professional, informative and careful of our home cleaning everything up nicely. They are now our plumbers of choice!

My water heater was blowing hot water onto the street. I called and was expecting to have to replace the whole thing. Josh said it was merely a failed valve, swapped it out in 30 minutes and saved me a TON of money.



Did I mention it was 6:30 PM on a Saturday night? On President's Day weekend? During the All Star game? They were here in an hour!



These guys are awesome and the number is saved in my phone for next time!

Would recommend this plumber. Highly satisfied with work, job turned out to be more involved than expected. Josh took time to find right parts and finish job in timely manner. Also very reasonably priced.

Quick response from main office and with Josh showing up in my front yard immediately. Cost is very reasonable. They are honest, trust worthy and dedicated to their work. All three of them came and did a fantastic job with special mention for the hard work and finishing touches by "Pepe". They are all smiled even on a cold winter working condition. They restored the concrete slab and cleaned the premises like no repair job happened. Now that I found the best, I will NOT bother to find another one.

My wife woke me up at 6 in the morning yelling the toilet is going to over flow how do I stop it. I got up and checked how the water was draining. It was draining S_L_O_W. I realized I needed to call a plumber to clean my drain. I belong to a service club that has plumbers. I called them up and asked the question how much to clean the main line. The lady informed me that she does not give prices the teck will come out and check the problem and give me a quote, HOW EVER THERE IS A $ 50 CHARGE IF I DONT GET THE SERVICE. I also had a $50 discount card for the plumber, the more I thought about it the more I wanted no part of it, sounds like a trap. I went on line and checked out different plumbers only to find out that the plumber in my club was only rated average. Texas Quality plumbing had more reviews than most and had an excellant rating.



After using thier service I could easly refer them to a friend !! No the are not the cheaoest, how ever they imprest me as being stright foward, honest, and thie price was fair. I would also like to thank Mercedes, She does an excellant job in coustmer service.

I was very impressed with the speedy response from Mercedes at Texas Quality Plumbing. She said they would be at my residence at a certain time and the guys were there. They repaired my plumbing and I have not had any problems. Thanks for your honesty and quality work.

We were having some kitchen plumbing problems and called Texas Quality Plumbing to get an idea of what repairs would cost. They set up a service call that very afternoon! The technicians were right on time, and very informative. They fixed our problem right away at a reasonable price. Good experience with a contractor we hadn't used before, but would definitely recommend.

I've been very satisfied with Josh from Texas Quality Plumbing both times he has come out. The first time was to install a whole house water filtration system and fix a leaky faucet. After that I signed up for their membership program for $95 (I think), which entitles you to 1) annual whole house plumbing inspection, 2) $95 off your first service call within the membership term, and 3) additional discounts on any service.



A few months later my shower drain completely backed up and I couldn't clear it via any of the usual methods. I called at 10:00 at night. Josh and his assistant showed up early the next morning and quickly cleared the drain. While here they also did the whole house plumbing inspection and flushed out the tankless water heater (which requires annual flushing with vinegar for 45 minutes).



I thought there was going to be a separate charge for the tankless water heater flushing but to my pleasant surprise that was included in the whole house inspection. There was also a huge discount on the shower drain unclogging due to being a member. So the membership plan saved me several hundred dollars on the second visit over what I would have paid if I had called another company to clear the drain and flush out the water heater.



I appreciate that both Josh and his assistant wore covers over their shoes to protect the carpets, and that they were both nice people and easy to deal with. Same for the dispatcher Mercedes. It was helpful that each time she called about half an hour in advance to let me know that the plumbers were on their way. I have recommended Texas Quality Plumbing to others and will call them next time I have a plumbing issue.

I was having a major plumbing at my house and have called 3 plumbing company to assess the problem. All of them were insured, bonded and certified to do their job and everybody wants to charge a high dollar for their so called professional plumbing job. I was so desperate and needed the problem fix asap but I was so reluctant in spending the high dollar for their services. I did my research online and found Texas Quality Plumbing Co. I did not work for 2days to take care of this problem. And now this is the 4th plumbing company I called and explained to them over the telephone the problem without going around the bush and I was ready to hear another high dollar project amount. It is now 8:30pm and spoke with Mercedes. She said I can have a plumber be there in an hour but there will be a $50 trip charge to asses the problem. I was so glad to see Joe the plumber at my house around 9:30pm. He gave me his honest opinion and best solution to solve my problem which the other 3 companies failed. In short , Joe came back the next morning bright and early together with Josh and Josh 2(Pepe is the real name cuz his uniform was not ready so he borrowed the uniform of Josh 1) eager to work and to fix my problem the same day not 2-3 days as explained by the other 3 companies. They worked non stop for 4 hours without taking any breaks at all. I gave them drinks and decided to make lunches for them for their hard work and dedication. They found and fix the problem and even did extra plumbing services at a very reasonable price. Me and my wife were hats off to these hard working and knowledgeable team of Joe. They are very polite and works quietly just doing their job. No one is goofing off or playing around. For your next plumbing service I would highly recommend the plumbing team of Joe at Texas Quality Plumbing and Mercedes who is the friendly voice that sets up the appointments on a timely manner. She is very compassionate to our tragedy. Folks do not waste your time looking for other plumbing company. I almost fell for the other companies but now I am so glad I found Texas Quality Plumbing. To top it all they offered me 1 year 100% complete customer satisfaction on their services.

I called Texas Quality Plumbing for a backed-up sewer line. The same as on the two other occasions I've used them they showed up when they said they would, performed the work without any problems, and gave me straightforward, knowledgeable answers to the questions I asked, while at the same time offering suggestions.



The cost was reasonable and, as a repeat customer, they offered me the opportunity to join their repeat customer program designed to save substantially on future plumbing costs beginning with that service call. This information was particularly gratifying since I plan to remodel the master bath early next year.

Late Sunday afternoon I discovered a large pool of water on my bathroom floor. With the yellow pages I called all the well known large plumbing companies. All claimed to have 24/7 service. After 2 hours of phone tag, not one could make it to my NW Houston home until the next morning. I called Texas Quality Plumbing and in about an hour Josh the tech was at my door.By this time it was 8 PM. He figured out what the problem was and fixed it. I am an elderly woman and live alone. Josh explained what had to be done and gave the price before the work started. He was very professional and respectful. It is always a comfort to be treated in this manner during a time of crisis. I would recommend Texas Quality Plumbing to anyone and will call them first next time I need a plumber at my house.

After calling several places on a Friday evening and seriously considering snaking the clean-out myself, I decided to go with TQP because of a friends recommendation and their ery competitive service rate. I was pleased with the coordination of service by their office coordinator and the timely arrival of Their serviceman Joe. He was courteous, respectful, and thorough in his explanation of services rendered. He's a GREAT hire for the company! I would definitely recommend a friend their seamless service to everyone who asks me. Satisfied Customer!
