RUDE, IGNORANT, OBNOXIOUS OWNER. I agree with the comment below. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS/FAMILY TO AVOID. I took a pair of exotic leather boots to get re-soled. My boots were promised to be ready 5 days later. My wife went to pick them up and they told her that they could not find them. After 20 minutes of discussion, the owner and wife found the boots and they were not even close to completion. My wife told them that they were very unprofessional. They were very rude to her. When I came the following day to pick up my boots, the owner immediately began to insult me calling us "too demanding "because we wanted our boots yesterday (the day they were promised). I told him I did not want any problems and I just need to pay for my boots and leave. They were not completed. I told him that this was indeed ridiculous and that he was unprofessional for not complying with the agreement we had, being rude to my wife, and insulting me. His response was that it was his place of business and he could, I quote, "f$@k me up" if he wanted. I told him I would return with the police and left. He had the audacity to come and follow me out. Put his hands on my chest. I am in the process of pressing charges. My recommendation is to stay away from this place. The owner is nothing buy vulgar, uneducated, and without the slightest idea of customer service.
