The service at this location is VERY bad! I have visited this location twice. Both times I have been there my sister and I sat for about 20 mins before a waiter or waitress even acknowledged we were even there; and it was not busy neither times we visited. The last time we visited, we invited a friend along with us. Not only was the service horrible, but the waitress also screwed up our tickets 3 times!! I don’t know if they use this location as a training facility or what, but they really need to get it together! Needless to say, I will not be visiting this particular location again.

TGI FRIDAY'S -- BAIT AND SWITCH RIP-OFF (19403 IH45 at BAB, Webster) Got the "stripes" card and the promo e-mails. They were pushing Fat Tuesday, and promised half-price appetizers and drink specials. Friday's is pricy for what you get, so they have to run specials all the time. But previous events always left me feeling a little used, so one more try was all they were gonna get from me. Well, no "free" beads, and nothing said about my mask. But no big deal. I went for the grub and suds, and for smoking. If the promo was another TGI Friday's come-on, at least I might get a HH break (although the menu and signage only leaves one guessing when happy hour really is). The e-mail said the event was 4pm to closing, no hint of any black-outs or other disqualifiers. I was there from 6.30 to 8pm. When it was all over, I could only conclude that I paid FULL price for EVERYTHING I ordered. So I'm retiring the stripes card and getting off their bait and switch list. Adios.
