We hired them to make our wedding cake and were very happy with the result! We asked for a smooth, fondant look, but without fondant - and they were able to create the cake exactly like we wanted. Also, we asked them to make a longhorn cake for the groomscake. It turned out really well, though the color was a bit brighter than we preferred. They're prices are a bit competitive, but we were happy with the taste and look.
