I want the world to know what an unpleasant experience and waste of your money The Cactus King provides. Please Be Aware!! All my plants were just thrown in the box (pots, dirt, and all) with not protection to any of them. It was the worst packaging job I have ever encountered. The plants were smashed, damaged, and as I dug them out one by one, they are even diseased. I sent an e-mail, attaching pictures of the mess. Over a week later I receive an e-mail back with no help on this matter at all. They were “Very Unprofessional and Rude”. I just received another e-mail saying that I was a bad customer and to leave them alone, just for needing help. I have been in the plant business for over 20 years and this is the worst.

We made a mistake of ordering from them twice. The first time several plants were dead (not dormant) when arrived. Second time half of the plants my husband ordered from them are dead-on-arrival, others are scarred/ bruised/dried out or damaged, and they have shipped some wrong items we did not order. Absolutely NO customer service, they are refusing to refund money or replace the wrong items. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! SCAM!!!!

Best cacti in Texas. rare, young, mature. Anything you want. This guy has it. Plus he is an awesome person to just chat with.
