Kip Stodghill as well as the other staff members at Galaxie are absolutely wonderful. I had a ring that had been mercilessly stuck on me for 2 whole days and was causing me a lot of pain. I spent hours trying to remove it and even at my local fire department hoping that they could cut it off. After thinking that I would have to go to the ER to pay to get it medically removed, Kip took under 10 minutes to snap it off with the tools he had in the back, and did not charge me a thing. He is professional, knowledgable, polite, courteous, and an all-around phenomenal person. After thinking that I would have to get my finger removed, Kip saved my life. I'll be going to him for any professional jewelry service from now. Thank you, Kip!
