They claimed 4 to 6 weeks for delivery for these stairs, but we are in week 9 have not seen anything on the $2500 spent for these stairs. When I inquired about the delivery status on week 6, the Houston store kept making excuses, saying a part or this or that was being held up at the factory in PA and they would check back with me, which they failed to do more than once. I was just about to file a despite with the credit card company when they provided a shipment tracking number. For shipping, they chose Yellow/Road way- and as a procurement specialist with my company, I know Yellow sucks the absolute worse since they are the cheapest. Yellow has had the item in their possession over a week and cannot make the delivery. This whole experience with the Iron Shop has been pretty substandard. If doing over again, I would select another vendor.
