Mr. Overstreet helped my Fiancé fight a possession charge, with 2 priors. Montgomery county is one of the harshest counties on drug offenses. They were going to charge him as a habitual offender (facing 99), but Mr. Overstreet got it DISMISSED!! He was Very Professional, Accessible, and Confident about the case! I’m still in shock, but so very grateful! Highly Recommended for all Vets!

I am long overdue in writing this. Mr. Overstreet is a gentleman southern attourney that generally wants to help people in need. He is clever and just, and intends to make a solid point in one's life. As a college student just entering the workforce I was charged with a DWI which Todd handled famously and at a negotiated rate that I could afford. He demanded that I walk the line and pursue my goals. Currently have great family and home in Oak Forest, living the dream. I am in debt to this good man!

My husband was charged with a felony case and didn't have the money upfront to to pay Mr Overstreet.
