My husband and I hired David Levine to apply for our liquor license in 2014, we gave him 11,000 thousand dollars to submit our application for a liquor license, after 6 months we haven't received our license we called Mr. Levine, he would not return our calls each time we called, my husband decided to go to his office after a year..Mr. David Levine had a sorry explanation of why we haven't received our liquor license..he offered to write us a check,,in fact Mr. Levine wrote 2 checks totaling 9000. thousand dollars...both checks bounce...we immediatley filed a complaint with the D.A office...we have not has a resolution...as of yet..
