Provided by YP.comAs a licensed psychotherapist, I would NEVER recommend this place. My best friend was, ironically, on the "Hope" unit for 7 weeks during August-October 2011. He was not allowed to spend time outside, shave, or get a haircut because he was depressed and unable to achieve the right "level" to be allowed these privileges. (Wait, aren't sunshine and hygiene antidotes to depression???) He received very little therapy, and said most of the patients spent their days watching inane TV shows. When I tried to appeal to his social worker, Donna Lamb, she told me too many people were calling about his case. (In actuality, I was the only one calling but she didn't know I knew this.) They never stabilized him on his medication, and he was worse when he came out than when he went in. One month after his discharge, he committed suicide, leaving behind a beautiful daughter, a successful business, and many heartbroken friends and family members. Please do not send your loved ones to this facility!
