All of the positive reviews for this rental property have been written by the staff members, I can rest assured. No one I know living in this property enjoys it. In fact, several renters who have lived here for years are contemplating finding residency elsewhere, and who could blame them?



This apartment complex consistently has new managers, in the 8 months I've lived here there have literally been a total of 3 office managers. The complex is infested with drug dealers, and they openly deal to their customers. Constant traffic in and out of the complex, and the majority of these people are not tenants. The staff are rude, racist and incompetent. They don't know how to do their jobs properly and lack any trace of professionalism. Repairs are never addressed in a timely fashion, even if you report at the beginning of the day. They almost never provide ETA's for their maintenance staff, which most cannot speak english very well and hardly can communicate what it is that they are there to do.



There is a SERIOUS critter infestation - from roaches to spiders. The staff leaves publications on your door telling you how you can prevent an ongoing roach party instead of spraying the apartments before tenants move in, ours certainly was not exterminated and this was admitted by the property manager at that time. The grounds are poorly maintained, there is always trash strewn about. The security guard here might as well not even be present because he is absolutely useless if there is ever any real conflict.



So in conclusion, if you like being stressed out by consistently having to call and inform office members to fix issues, risk being in the middle of drug-related violence or drama, hear your neighbors constantly fighting and arguing outside at all times of the night/morning, then by all means lease here. This property rents for significantly more than the other properties who have bigger units with better quality appliances and upgrades. But if you do, you'll be sorry. Most of the tenants that I've spoken with do not continue leasing after their initial agreement and this property has an extremely high turnover rate for these reasons.

Management and other office staff is very unprofessional. They keep up a lot of conflict between tenants! Management is rude and place is very unpleasant to live. Apartments look nice on the outside but beware of renting, they show the nice side to get you in but once you are there the it all goes down hill.

These are some pretty nice apartments everythings remodeled,i would give it 5 stars only problem are the neighbors.
