This apartment is piece of crap.. always hot.. always cold. Contorlled by office not us.. tell me what to do.. take posts down off my door. Wth?! Im try keep solicitors away from my door. Always knock to sell craps and god boys always knock door abt god. Cant we have privacy?! Maintance took forever to come fix when I was promised to.. I always pay on time.. cant want move out of this piece of crap!! I want contorl my own ac. I cant have humity due asthmas! Forget it.. been living soon 2 years.. I try give chance but nothing changes.. tell us what to do in my own home?!!! This piece crap place need shut down and rebuild.. leaks everywhere.. clots.. stink.. messy trash in hallways.. people touch my things on my door. No body respect ur poptery... hell with this. So move out!! Dont come to this suck balboa apartment!!
