Cindy Tinsley of the Tinsley Group is a shady operator. She is very nice when you first meet her, but when it's time to pay the invoice - get prepared to listen to excuse after excuse, evasion of calls and emails, promises that the check is in the mail, followed by more excuses and finally, no payment. Be warned - have a very good contract and be prepared to take her to court.
