Worst possible place to go. If I had the option to a give no stars, I would. This place doesn't deserve 1 star. I needed very time sensitive documents to be sent out and delivered. I chose the Next Day Air Early option for $109.00. I was assured that they would reach their destination at 8:30am the next day. The recipient informed me there was no package so I called the store to ask about it. I was informed that the truck didn't come to pick up the packages the night before. But I was never informed by the store that my package would not be sent out nor did they make any attempt to ensure that my package would make it out on time. They just let it sit in the store. The manager Bianca was very rude and not helpful. It wasn't until I called corporate, did I get assistance in solving my issue. I will not be using this store again even though it is 5 minutes from my house nor will I recommend to anyone I know. The services paid for should be the services rendered.
