I previously gave them 5 stars.Things have changed here, The lady is trying to go it alone. The price increase to 40.00 for small dogs wasn't mentioned when I made appointment. Its a note on the door. My dog got a nasty cut which they said wasn't a big deal, he lost an inch circle of skin near his back leg on belly. Dog always liked haircuts, has been traumatized an stays in his kennel. They did not cut him like they were supposed to, had to wait till they redid. Its in the file on dog. Been coming here for couple years every 3 or 4 months. Dropped off at 10:30 and at 4:30 he wasn't done yet. Called and put on hold for 6 minutes, had to call back. (This is a small place)
Finally was told we get a free nail clip and wash for the inconvenience. Never going back.

I have been taking my dog sunny to be groomed they do a amazing job the prices are good also th owner are very friendly I recommend them to everyone

My lil sweetie Lyte is 16 years old and she LOVES The Village Groomer. We moved from Philadelphia to Houston and I was really excited to see their banner hanging outside on 529. Misty and her husband are warm, caring and very personable. The prices are very reasonable and Misty has a family of folks that work with pets. I am very grateful that I was able to find a wonderful place to have Lyte groomed. Amazing business, I highly recommend them.
